Attaches magnetically—no drilling or screwing into the case for semi-permanent modification
Enables fast attachment and removal of SmartSled scanners for flexible deployment and shared-device use
Available in two form factors to support different configurations:
- Flat MUA (FMAU) for handheld SmartSled operation
- Angled MUA (AMUA) for improved ergonomics when used with 1.0W UHF Reader Companion/Pistol Grip
Maintains a clear view of the smartphone’s built-in camera for software-based barcode scanning
Supports fast and simple pairing:
- BLE pairing via a pairing barcode printed directly on the adaptor
- NFC tap-to-pair support
Compatible with KOAMTAC 1-slot and 5-slot KDC1200 charging cradles
Allows devices to be docked and charged without removing the adaptor
KDC SmartSled scanner, smartphone, accessories, and charging cradles sold separately.
